At Direct Garden Products we aim to provide the best quaility products available at the best prices and then deliver to your door as quick as we possibly can.This is our company mission.
Here is how it works
First please check next to the product or at the top of the page for delivery details. If the product is a next day delivery item please make sure you have ordered before the relavant time - if it is a next day item (ordered before noon or 2.45pm) then we will deliver the next business day. Which means that if you order Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday before the time stated we will deliver the next day. If you order on a Friday before 2.30pm you will receive your goods on a Monday unless you call us and arrange a Saturday delivery (which would incur an additional delivery charge of £11.50 -£14 per package depending on which carrier we need to use). If you order at the weekend, we will despatch your goods on the Monday, or if it is a bank holiday your goods will be despatched on the Tuesday immediately after.
Please note that this is for next day deliveries only which will be stated either with the item or at the top of the page that the goods are on.
If you are ordering near to the cut off time please call us on the freephone number to ensure we receive your order in time to ensure it's dispatch to you or it's designated address
If for any reason outside of our control this delivery cannot be met , we will contact you to let you know as soon as we are aware of a problem.
We offer a FREE delivery service to Mainland UK on all our products above £30. For any items below £30 there is a £4.95 carriage charge unless otherwise stated. We can quote for shipping overseas if required but advise you to make contact with us first so we can discuss shipping charges to your specified country.
All prices are to UK mainland. (Occassionaly on larger items a premium may be payable for deliveries to Scotland, we will contact you if this applies to your order. You may of course cancel and receive a refund if you do not wish to continue with the purchase.)
