Returned Goods~
You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 10 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mailing, faxing or emailing to the number or address set out on the order form. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
If you decide to return your goods because you simply do not like them we must receive the goods back in an unused condition in their original packaging. Failure to do this will affect your refund accordingly.Once we receive the goods back in their original packaging and in an unused condition we will process the refund. Your refund will be for the cost of your goods less the carriage costs.
All damages must be reported to us immediately and no later than 24 hours. If you are unsure about the condition of your delivery please sign for the goods "unchecked". This allows us then to make a valid claim on your behalf with the couriers. Failure to comply with this may mean that it may not be possible to replace/refund your goods.
On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect goods, in which case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date the returned goods are received.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management in any other cases.~~~593~595~~
